• Board members include parents of players, volunteer coaches, and community members who support our youth.
• No prior board experience is needed — many members started by helping in small ways.
• Serving on the board does not require a large time commitment, and there are opportunities to get involved at a comfortable level.

Ways to Help

PSA runs on volunteers. Whether you can help once or throughout the season, there’s a role that fits.

• Coach / Assistant Coach: Help lead practices and games (background check required).
• Referee: Great option for teens and adults — training/support provided.
• Concessions / Field Help: Help with game-day setup, concessions, and keeping things running smoothly.
• Events & Fundraising: Assist with seasonal events, sponsorships, and community outreach. We're currently looking for someone to help assist with grant writing.
• Board Support: Help behind the scenes with organization, planning, and communication.
